DAIS

DAIS is a consulting, engineering and technology group helping governments, regulators, development banks, investors and operators improve waste, environment, energy and urban services. Working across the Middle East and North Africa, Latin America and Europe, the group draws on more than two decades of field experience and operates from Dublin, Paris, Beirut and Brazil.

Its services span consulting and engineering, digital solutions, technology products and project development. DAIS provides strategy, regulation, feasibility studies and engineering, alongside digital platforms and data tools for licensing, waste tracking, inspections and performance analytics. It also develops or co-develops technologies, including the Plantform bioreactor for plant propagation and satellite detection of landfill methane. For projects seeking investment, DAIS supports concession and public-private partnership structuring, financing solutions, feasibility work and independent technical due diligence.

The group works across five sectors: waste management, environment, cities and urban development, energy, and agriculture. Its engagements can take a project from initial diagnosis through implementation or financial close, with an emphasis on practical decisions, transparent models and solutions tailored to local markets. DAIS reports more than 30 reference projects in nine countries.
