Dajmy Dzieciom Nadzieję

Dajmy Dzieciom Nadzieję is an association based in Głogów, Poland, supporting children and young people with intellectual disabilities. Its work combines individual therapy and rehabilitation with opportunities for learning, recreation, cultural participation, and social inclusion. During the school year, the association provides tailored remedial and therapeutic sessions that support cognitive, emotional, motor, and social development. Activities may use specialist computer equipment and software, alongside exercises to strengthen attention, memory, coordination, and everyday skills.

The association also operates a magnetostimulation therapy room, using low-frequency pulsed magnetic fields and light-based treatment as part of its rehabilitation offering. During school holidays, it organizes therapeutic day programs featuring educational, creative, musical, movement, and sports activities. Its integration initiatives include long-running festivals where children with and without disabilities take part in games, workshops, sports, and a regional song review for performers with disabilities. The association also promotes public understanding of brain function and related challenges through educational events, including the Głogów Brain Day.
