Dakota Distance

Dakota Distance Project is a running coaching and club organization focused on individualized distance training. Its stated eight-year-proven program supports runners across a broad range of experience and goals, including elite and semi-elite athletes, adults, masters runners, and trail runners. The project brings together aspiring runners who want to keep pursuing the sport, set goals, compete, and push their personal limits.

Dakota Distance aims to create a positive, encouraging, collaborative, and informed atmosphere. Its coaching is designed to help each runner develop and find their best version, while opening opportunities for continued progress in their running journey. The organization offers individual distance training, running training plans and schedules, and a running club. Its website also provides information about the coaching team, elite athletes, performances, and program plans, with payment options available. Whether participants are seeking structured guidance, a supportive running community, or help preparing to compete, Dakota Distance Project centers its services on personal development and the pursuit of meaningful running goals.
