About Dallas Culture
The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture is dedicated to supporting and promoting the arts in the city of Dallas, TX. Through their Cultural Funding Programs, they provide funding each fiscal year to eligible artists, nonprofits, and Dallas residents who apply. Their Funding Programs for the 2022-23 fiscal year include ArtsActivate, a project-based cultural funding program that supports qualifying arts and cultural projects in the city.
They also offer the Cultural Organizations Program (COP), which provides operational support to established organizations with budgets over $100,000. Additionally, the Community Artist Program (CAP) allocates annual funding for culturally based and ethnic-specific artists to provide no-cost services to Dallas residents. With a commitment to cultural equity and financial transparency, the Office of Arts and Culture plays a vital role in supporting and fostering the vibrant arts community of Dallas.
