Damascus Recovery Group operates a small sober living home in New Jersey for people continuing their recovery after completing at least a short-term residential treatment program. Residents are expected to abstain from alcohol and drugs, and the home uses regular and random drug and alcohol testing as accountability measures.

Stays are generally three to six months, with residents encouraged to remain for up to 18 months.
