About Damloop
Dam tot Damloop is the largest running event in the Netherlands, offering an unforgettable experience to participants. Starting in Amsterdam and finishing in Zaandam, runners even get the unique opportunity to run through the IJtunnel. The event consists of a 10-mile course, known as the 10 Engelse Mijl, attracting both professional athletes and recreational runners.
But the fun doesn't stop there. The event also includes a 5-mile course, called the 5 Engelse Mijl, as well as the Mini Dam tot Damlopen for young runners. The Dam tot Dam Park provides a festive atmosphere with DJs, live bands, and spectacular light shows.
