Dandelion Coaching is a Cumbria-based provider of menopause and perimenopause support for individuals and businesses. Founded by a coach drawing on her own experience of early menopause and 15 years of work in mental health and wellbeing, the organisation aims to help women feel understood, informed and supported through the physical and emotional challenges of this life stage. Its services also help employers build more inclusive, menopause-aware workplaces.

For individuals, Dandelion Coaching offers tailored one-to-one coaching, with sessions designed around each person’s needs and practical next steps. Glow Workshops provide a supportive setting for women to explore the emotional, physical and practical aspects of menopause alongside others with similar experiences. The organisation also offers EMBERS and related coaching support.

For workplaces and organisations, Glow in the Workplace provides independent training on menopause and perimenopause. Across its services, Dandelion Coaching seeks to increase understanding, share practical knowledge and empower women, while helping businesses respond more thoughtfully to menopause.
