Danish Minies

Danish Minies is a Copenhagen-area catering brand specialising in modern Danish open-faced sandwiches, made for sharing at gatherings large and small. Since 2013, the brand has reimagined traditional smørrebrød in miniature, offering more than 40 varieties of its signature Minies. Guests can choose from menus or order à la carte, with recommendations for portions suited to receptions, lunches, dinners and late-night snacks. For those who prefer a larger serving, Danish Minies also offers Halve, alongside drinks and dessert Minies, including sweet assortments for the final course.

The catering is designed to be convenient as well as carefully presented: food can arrive arranged on signature wooden trays, available to borrow, or in disposable packaging ready to serve. Danish Minies caters for private celebrations such as birthdays, christenings and weddings, as well as business meetings, conferences and other events. Customers can order through the webshop and collect their food or arrange delivery across Greater Copenhagen; delivery outside the area may be discussed. The brand serves Copenhagen and North Zealand.
