Danny Day Studio is the website and creative home of American fine artist Danny Day, whose career spans three decades. Known for his detailed approach to realism, Day creates original oil paintings by hand, using brush and Grumbacher oil paint on canvas. His work is distinguished by rich color and sharp clarity, and explores a wide range of subjects, including sports, wildlife, auto racing, landscapes, romantic realism, portraits, golf, and history. The site presents galleries of his work alongside biographical information, videos, news, events, and resources about art and painting terminology.
Visitors can shop for original oil paintings, limited-edition prints exclusive to the studio, and rare prints from its vault. The studio also offers commissioned custom-painted guitars through its collaboration with Bracken Guitars. Day’s commissioned work includes official portraits of Warren G. Harding and Florence K. Harding, created for the Ohio History Connection and displayed at the Warren G. Harding Presidential Library and Museum in Marion, Ohio.
