Dan Perata

Dan Perata Training is a San Francisco dog training and behavior expert that aims to provide the right nurture for your dog's nature. With a mission to support you in having a life-long, well-adjusted, good-natured canine companion, their training method is founded upon positive reinforcement and the simplest and most effective tools: love and praise. They believe that a dog should listen to you because it respects and trusts you, not just because you have treats.

Through their training, they work towards the goal of a balanced, calm, and confident companion in all situations by alleviating your dog of the burden of making decisions. They understand the importance of a confident dog, as it can be left alone without worry, can be introduced to new situations appropriately, and becomes a fully integrated member of your family. Dan Perata Training teaches you how to communicate consistently and effectively with your dog, using energy, verbal and non-verbal commands, to create a mutual trust and respect.

They prioritize compassion, support, patience, trust, and fun in their training process. Both Dan Perata and Natasha Koral, the co-founders, bring their unique experiences and expertise to create a more compassionate and effective style of dog training
