Dans les bras d’Hélène is a perinatal support service in Montpellier and the surrounding Hérault area, created by Hélène, a qualified paediatric nurse and mother of two. Drawing on nine years of work with newborn and premature babies and twelve years in maternal and child health services, she helps families build confidence and understand their baby’s needs during the early years of parenthood. Her approach is personal, gentle and centred on the relationship between parents and baby.
Services include the Thalasso Bain Bébé, also known as the Bain de Sonia, massages for mothers and babies, and tailored support at home. Hélène can also provide guidance on breastfeeding, feeding, sleep and other parenting questions. Most baths and home-based services are offered at the family’s home, with appointments available around Montpellier and the area between the sea and Pic Saint-Loup. Massages take place at the Atelier du Bien-Être in Prades-le-Lez. Gift vouchers are available, and payment can be made by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
