Darbster Foundation | West Palm Beach FL

Darbster Foundation, located in West Palm Beach, FL, has a noble mission: to reduce the number of adoptable cats and dogs euthanized in the Southern United States. Through their Darbster Rescue, Darbster Doggy, and Darbster Kitty programs, they offer various services to support animal welfare. Darbster Rescue focuses on adopting dogs, cats, and kittens that have been saved from overcrowded shelters at risk of euthanasia.

They partner with animal shelters in the south and provide transportation to their adoption centers in New Hampshire. At Darbster Doggy, a facility in Chichester, New Hampshire, they offer dog adoption, boarding, and grooming services. Their spacious facility provides private indoor spaces for puppies, small dogs, and large dogs to socialize and play.

Darbster Kitty aims to find forever homes in New England for kittens, adult cats, and senior cats primarily from South Florida, where euthanasia rates are high. They strive to place these cats with loving families. Through volunteering, fostering, and donations—including dog food—individuals can contribute to Darbster Foundation's mission.

They also offer quarantine services, boarding, grooming, and training for dogs. They have specific programs, such as their Barn Cat Program, where barn cats can find homes. The foundation is grateful for the support of their major supporters and board of directors and holds events like the Darbster Open Fur Ball.

They offer official merchandise for purchase, and their website provides information about their story, staff, and contact details. By adopting a pet or making a donation, you can help Darbster Foundation save the lives of countless animals in need.
