DareNET

DareNET is an IRC network dedicated to fostering genuine connections and real conversations among individuals. As an inclusive and versatile community, DareNET aims to bring people together through their Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network. With their free service, users can effortlessly engage in live discussions on various topics of interest or initiate conversations of their own.

The DareNET team is driven by a passion for uniting individuals on IRC and values the importance of free speech. They are committed to providing a secure and stable network for communities to thrive on. Additionally, DareNET offers the DareNET Archives, a platform that preserves and grants access to a vast collection of rare and legally downloadable IRC software and documentation.

Their archive primarily comprises IRC clients, bots, daemons, services packages, and tools, with over 250 projects already preserved. DareNET also operates the DareNET Development Platform, powered by GitLab, where they host source code, issues, and encourage collaboration among teams and other software development initiatives.
