We love natural wood and we love when it is protected from elements in most natural way. Our Company automated ancient Japanese sho sugi ban (or yaki sugi) wood charring technology to achieve consistency and capacity needed to offer high standard quality product to Lithuanian and Europe markets. Our current capacity is about 3000 m2/month of fully prepared (charring, cleaning, brushing if wanted and oiling) wood planks. The charred wood is mainly applied for exterior - facades of the houses or terraces as this technique requires very little or even no extra maintenance for up to 50-80 years. Natural tung oil is used for oiling and this oil protects surface from UV rays and water - in ancient China it was used as water repellent for boats.
