Jamia Darultaqwa

Dar Al-Taqwa University, established in 1967 by Haji Gulzar Muhammad, has been dedicated to quenching the thirst for Islamic knowledge for over half a century. Located in Lahore, Pakistan, this esteemed institution has evolved into a prominent center of religious education, attracting a diverse population of students. Currently, more than 3,000 students are enrolled across its 17 branches, where they engage in rigorous studies of prophetic sciences.

In response to the growing demand for organized religious guidance, the university also established a dedicated Dar al-Ifta in 2004, providing the public with structured and formal consultations on Islamic jurisprudence. This service reflects the university’s commitment to serve the community by offering scholarly advice and guidance on religious matters.
