Das Rudolfhaus

Das Rudolfhaus is a residential development at Laimerstrasse 36 in Munich, transforming a site with a long history of local business use into contemporary living space. Named after Rudolf Karl, who used the property for business ventures from 1996, the project continues the site’s association with the Karl family, which has retained ownership across generations. The former factory and company building was demolished in 2022 to make way for a new residential complex.

The development comprises 11 luxury rental apartments designed for singles, couples, and families. Homes range from two to five rooms, with sizes listed from approximately 52 to 158 square metres. Depending on the apartment, outdoor spaces include balconies, terraces, or a loggia. The project is in Munich’s Nymphenburg area, with shops, schools, childcare, fitness facilities, restaurants, Hirschgarten, and cultural destinations nearby.
