About 獺祭 Dassai【公式】
DASSAI is a Japanese sake brand sold through the official online store of Asahi Shuzo Co., Ltd. Its guiding philosophy is to create sake to be savored for its taste, rather than simply for intoxication or sales. The lineup focuses on Junmai Daiginjo sake made with Yamada Nishiki rice, including flagship selections polished to 23% and 39%, as well as Junmai Daiginjo 45 and the premium “Beyond” release.
Offerings include sparkling sake, plum wine, shochu, seasonal and limited products, gift-boxed bottles, tasting sets, and bottles in several sizes.
