Data Seeds is a collective of independent senior data and AI experts serving organisations across Montpellier, Marseille and Lyon, as well as remotely. Founded in early 2025 by David Dourguin and Nicolas Yordamlis, it brings together two complementary specialisms: Data Governance Delivery and Tech Data. The collective supports clients from strategy through implementation, combining business and IT transformation, data governance, project management, data engineering, analytics, architecture and AI development.

Its services include an eight-day Data & AI diagnostic to assess organisational maturity and prioritise next steps, alongside delivery programmes covering governance, data platforms and processes. Data Seeds can assemble a focused reinforcement, programme team or task force to suit each client’s needs. Members who shape an engagement also deliver the work, while the collective provides peer review and access to additional expertise. Its technology experience includes cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Scaleway, and platforms including Snowflake and Databricks. Reported client outcomes include reduced purchasing-cycle times, identified margin errors, lower logistics costs and improved billing recovery.
