TeePublic is an online marketplace where shoppers can discover designs from independent artists and creators. Its catalog includes apparel for adults and children, such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, and shorts, alongside accessories including hats, stickers, magnets, phone cases, pins, and tote bags. Home goods such as mugs, pillows, tapestries, and wall art are also available.

Customers can browse by topic, product, artist, or design, and create an account to save favorites. The platform also invites artists to sign up and offer their work through a Dashery store, with resources such as a design guide and artist directory. TeePublic promotes sales and offers customer support for order status, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other questions.

The site describes its community through artist features and initiatives focused on social responsibility and accessibility. Products are presented with size and material information where applicable; the featured T-shirt listing, for example, describes combed ringspun cotton. TeePublic serves as both a shopping destination for distinctive designs and a marketplace connecting creators with customers
