D'Aumont

D’Aumont is a family-rooted saddlery and leatherwork brand based in Dos Hermanas, Seville, Spain. Its founder, Joaquín, learned the craft from childhood, following a tradition inherited from his grandfather. He began working professionally in 1995 and established the D’Aumont brand in 2000. The name refers to the distinctive “à la Daumont” carriage arrangement, in which the horses are guided rather than driven from the carriage.

D’Aumont makes equestrian goods for both horses and riders across different disciplines. Its range includes saddlery, riding accessories, made-to-measure leather chaps, zahones, bridles and related components, as well as handcrafted leather accessories and decorative items. The shop also offers trunks and suitcases, along with tools, materials, leather-marking templates, punches and other supplies for leatherwork. Customers can find braided trims for zahones and instructional resources, including a manual for making a vaquera bridle. In addition to its products, D’Aumont provides saddlery courses, sharing practical knowledge of the craft. Its workshop and store are located on Calle Rivas in Dos Hermanas.
