Davis Development is a residential real estate development brand serving St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay region of Florida. Founded by locals who care about their community, the company focuses on creating luxury homes that pair modern architecture with practical design, durable construction, and premium finishes. Its residences feature thoughtfully selected interiors, spacious layouts, high-quality materials, and impact-rated windows and doors.

The company’s featured project, Baypoint Luxury Townhomes, is a 20-home community designed for modern coastal living. The four-story townhomes offer open-concept layouts, luxury kitchens, private outdoor spaces, and rooftop terraces equipped with amenities such as hot tubs, gas grills, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens. Davis Development also lists available homes and offers a build-on-your-lot option. For interior design and styling, it collaborates with Abode Home Design to create refined, functional spaces tailored to each residence. Davis Development coordinates home development, while construction services are provided by independently owned Davis Building Group LLC, a Florida-certified building contractor.
