Dawson Supports

Dawson Supports is an Australian provider of individualised support services for people with disability. Guided by the belief that everyone has the right to participate in society on an equal basis, the organisation works one-on-one with participants to help them access the “good things of life.” Its approach is independent, inclusive and tailored to each person’s needs, goals and circumstances.

Dawson Supports offers NDIS plan management, including prompt invoice processing and 24/7 access to invoices, budgets and spending through a mobile-friendly participant portal. Its plan managers help participants make informed use of their NDIS funding and seek the best possible value from their plans. The organisation also provides support coordination. Coordinators take time to understand each participant, explain their plan, help build skills and connect them with formal and informal supports suited to their goals.

Dawson Supports also shares updates through its blog and welcomes enquiries, feedback and complaints. The organisation acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which it lives, works and plays, and recognises the country’s Indigenous heritage.
