D.C.A Desempeños Comunicativos Auténticos

D.C.A. (Desempeños Comunicativos Auténticos, or Authentic Communicative Performances) helps individuals and organizations strengthen their communication and express themselves with greater authenticity. Its methodology, endorsed by Universidad del Rosario, draws on more than 30 years of experience in communication training, consulting, teaching, and clinical practice. The approach considers the physiological, scenic, and strategic dimensions of oral communication, with the aim of helping clients reconnect with their communicative identity and build a confident, distinctive presence in person and online.

D.C.A. works with leaders, spokespersons, speakers, entrepreneurs, executives, politicians, sales teams, and other groups seeking to improve verbal and non-verbal expression. Its training supports clearer, more natural, memorable communication, while developing empowerment, empathy, and impact. The methodology is designed to reduce fears and reliance on approval, strengthen stage presence, and help people communicate ideas, projects, products, and initiatives effectively. D.C.A. offers communication services and training, consultations, events and in-person workshops, as well as articles and resources for professional development.
