About Council of DC
Council of DC is a brand that aims to raise awareness about the issue of taxation without representation faced by the District of Columbia. Through their Federal Tax Counter, they highlight the amount of federal taxes paid by the District without having a voice in Congress. The tax counter, installed on Pennsylvania Avenue, next to the entrance of the John A.
