Demetriades Ltd initially employed three people. Throughout the years it grew and evolved to the size it is today, with the number of people amounting to eighty. The headquarters of the company with its showrooms in Engomi, Nicosia cover a plot area of 3,500m². The main warehouse is located in Dali industrial area, in a plot of 40,000m² with covered areas of 10,000 m². The company specialises in the import and distribution of quality building materials, thriving to offer optimal solutions to customers through continual efforts in the search for new and revolutionary materials in the international marketplace. This is further supported by the close relationship maintained between the company and its suppliers. Materials imported by D. C. Demetriades Ltd include the following: reinforcing steel bars, timber, wooden floors, tiles, roof tiles, glass blocks, sanitary ware, thermal & acoustic insulation materials, gypsum boards and an extensive range of technical products. Most of the above are displayed at our showroom in Engomi, Nicosia. Our mission is to keep supplying the Cypriot market with the finest materials whilst ensuring our company continues to grow in all fields.
