Digital Citizenship is a brand that focuses on promoting digital inclusion and literacy, particularly for women and girls in Tunisia. They offer consultancy services, conducting research, and organizing various programs and projects to advance digital citizenship and online safety. Founded by Emna Mizouni, a digital and communications specialist, Digital Citizenship aims to document Tunisian history and heritage while advocating for open culture and knowledge.

Mizouni, who was awarded Wikimedian of the Year in 2019, leads the organization and is actively involved in the Wikimedia Movement. Houssem Kaabi, an engineer passionate about innovation and cybersecurity, is also part of the team, contributing his expertise to projects related to digital transformation and cybersecurity. With a dedicated communications officer, Digital Citizenship ensures its online presence and visibility.

They are actively engaged in online campaigns and research, providing qualitative research reports and policy papers. The organization also has an operations officer who provides administrative and logistical support to the team. Digital Citizenship collaborates with strategic partners and donors such as Karama, SMEX, Purposeful, Code for Africa, SecDev Foundation, Blue Fish, SNJT, ICFJ, and People in Need, to further their mission of promoting digital rights and inclusivity.
