DC Wood Baseball is a brand that has embraced baseball tradition and emerged as an all wood bat league in the Washington Metro Area. As the first modern era Recreational League in the DC Metropolitan region to become an exclusively wood bat league, DC Wood Baseball offers a unique and nostalgic experience for baseball enthusiasts. With a rich history, DC Wood Baseball absorbed teams from the original Washington Metro Area NABA, including the Arlington Yankees, DC Cardinals, Alexandria River Dogs, and more.

After converting to a wood bat league, DC Wood Baseball became affiliated with the NABA. The brand offers a range of services including seasonal championships, All Star games, and a separate Fall Ball season with its own championship. With expansion over the years, DC Wood Baseball continues to provide a platform for players and teams to showcase their skills and passion for baseball
