墨鱼手记 (Moyu Notes) is a personal resource index maintained by ddgksf2013, bringing together useful websites, tools, and digital resources in one organized directory. Rather than presenting itself as a provider of every listed product, the site serves as a collection of links and recommendations across entertainment, learning, and everyday technology. Its categories include film and television, anime, downloadable resources, browser userscripts, and practical online tools.

Visitors can also explore links related to iOS and Android apps, image and PDF utilities, wallpapers, reading, and music. Additional sections cover App Store region information, playlist migration, and community recommendations. The site is optimized for mobile browsing and invites users to report broken links or contact the maintainer with suggestions, submissions, advertising, or collaboration inquiries.

It also provides options to add resources and export directory configuration. The index notes that its content comes from the internet and asks rights holders to contact the site about concerns. Overall, 墨鱼手记 offers a broad, regularly updated starting point for discovering online resources
