The Liberec Children’s Diagnostic Institute and Educational Care Centres (Dětský diagnostický ústav a SVP Liberec) is a Czech public institution focused on prevention, therapeutic support and diagnostic services for children and young people. Its diagnostic institute has a capacity of 48 beds and serves the Liberec and Ústí nad Labem regions. The institute also coordinates information and methodological support for a network of 29 substitute-care facilities in the area, with a combined capacity of 1,300 beds, monitoring their records and occupancy.

Alongside its Liberec centre, the organisation operates Educational Care Centres in Most/Chomutov, Česká Lípa, Frýdlant v Čechách and Jablonec nad Nisou. The Jablonec centre began operating in January 2023. The organisation also includes a school, with information for teachers and access to related documents. Its website provides resources for parents, institutional documents, news, events and photo galleries, as well as staff and contact information. Through its diagnostic institute and regional network of care centres, the organisation supports children and contributes to the coordination of substitute educational care across its service area.
