Deadly Exchange is a Jewish organization dedicated to advocating for justice and safety for all communities affected by oppressive policing practices. The initiative emphasizes the harmful consequences of U.S.-Israel police exchange programs, which perpetuate discriminatory tactics including racial profiling, surveillance, and human rights violations. By bringing together law enforcement officials from both countries, these exchanges promote a culture of violence under the guise of security.

Deadly Exchange aims to dismantle these programs and expand the definition of sanctuary to protect those targeted by oppressive policing, including immigrants, refugees, and marginalized communities. The organization provides resources such as research reports, case studies, and petitions to engage the public in the movement against these exchanges. Through collaborative efforts, Deadly Exchange seeks to challenge the systems contributing to state violence and promote collective safety and justice for all. By advocating for an end to these harmful programs, Deadly Exchange positions itself as a critical voice in the fight for liberation and social justice.
