DeanaBean Books is a small and unique publishing company founded by Deana Charcalla, who has been dedicated to building the brand for the past three years. With a background in finance, childcare, and art, Deana brings a unique perspective to the children's books she authors. The DeanaBean team consists of 14 individuals who strive to bring positivity to every children's book they launch.

Their collection features a variety of genres and themes, including Patricia Crumpler's books that span children's literature, science fiction, fantasy, and romance. Patricia, a retired high school art teacher and librarian, also enjoys illustrating her own books. Tandi Laman is another talented author who specializes in holistic children's literature, incorporating animal symbolism and a love for nature.

Her stories inspire young readers to appreciate the beauty of the natural world and discover their own potential. The skilled illustrators collaborating with DeanaBean Books are Brad Walker, Carmalitta Freeman Barbour, Darlee Urbiztondo, Helen Trupak, Beatriz Del Álamo, Mckenna Kornowski, and Samantha Millan. Each illustrator brings their own unique style and expertise to create captivating visuals that enrich the storytelling experience.

Completing the team are Laura Thornsbury, a diligent editor with a background in English literature; Samantha Millan, a talented designer responsible for layout and design; Angie Perdomo Sánchez, a skilled translator; and Ken Van Dyne, a talented photographer.
