Dean Little is a Taipei-based software developer and professional blockchain engineer, working across performance-focused software, advanced cryptography, and emerging technologies. A polyglot programmer with interests in blockchain, Rust, and GPU computing, he concentrates on building systems designed for speed, innovation, and scale. His technical work includes assembly-language optimization, compiler development, advanced cryptographic research, Solana runtime internals, and Bitcoin development.

Little serves as curator of Blueshift, Chief Scientist at Zeus Network, and a cryptography researcher and protocol developer at Jupiter. These roles reflect a focus on blockchain infrastructure and protocol engineering, from low-level execution and optimization to cryptographic design. Based in Taiwan, he brings together software development and research across several major areas of the blockchain ecosystem.

His professional profile presents him as an independent technology specialist rather than a consumer-facing product brand, with expertise centered on developing and improving the protocols, tools, and underlying systems that support blockchain applications
