Debianizzati.org is the premier Italian community dedicated to Debian, established on December 23, 2004, by MaXeR. Although not a recognized association, it serves as a vibrant virtual gathering for individuals passionate about technology and the Debian GNU/Linux operating system. The community connects through an engaging forum where members discuss technical topics, ethical considerations, and casual conversations related to Debian.

As of November 29, 2020, the management of Debianizzati.org has transitioned to Ferdybassi and marcomg, ensuring the continuity and growth of the community. Debianizzati.org aims to be the foremost Italian resource for promoting open source technologies and, specifically, the Debian operating system. It is dedicated to fostering knowledge and learning, welcoming anyone eager to expand their understanding of computer science. This thriving platform aspires to be a knowledge hub where tech enthusiasts can share insights, ask questions, and collaborate on projects, making it an essential destination for all Debian users and advocates in Italy.
