About DecaOHZ
DecaOHZ is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children with oncological and hematological diseases in Bulgaria. Founded in 2010 by parents, caregivers, and supporters, DecaOHZ aims to ensure that no child and their family faces the battle against illness alone. As a member of the International Confederation of Childhood Cancer Parent Organizations (CCI), DecaOHZ is committed to providing information, resources, and opportunities for children with cancer and their families.
They offer various initiatives such as free education, therapy, and psychological support for patients. Additionally, DecaOHZ operates the "Golden Bow" Day Center, providing social rehabilitation and integration for children with oncological and hematological diseases. They also organize summer camps for recovering and cured children, and are currently working on establishing the first rehabilitation center in Bulgaria specifically designed for sick children.
