DeCarlo Animation is an independent studio in southern Indiana that creates socially-progressive, computer-animated sci-fi films that are written for adults, but can be enjoyed by the whole family. With an innovative, indie-style production model, DeCarlo Animation is able to produce world-class animation at a fraction of the cost of its competitors. This enables the studio to ditch the crowd-pleasing coming-of-age stories that are routinely packed with regressive stereotypes, and pursue unique stories with complex themes that challenge the status quo.
