About Decdoc
Decdoc is a digital health platform developed by Dermtest GmbH to support structured collaboration between general practitioners and specialists in Germany. It enables clinicians to prepare, send and assess teleconsultation cases through a clear, secure workflow, helping specialists receive more complete information and provide timely recommendations.
General practitioners can create cases with patient history, images and relevant clinical details. Decdoc organizes these into a structured teleconsultation, including a PDF overview, and supports secure transmission via KIM. Specialists can review cases without installing additional software, choose which indications to handle and when, and receive automatic notifications. The platform also supports billable teleconsultations for patients with statutory and private insurance.
Decdoc offers validated protocols covering more than 30 specialties, along with workflows for subspecialties and individual care processes. Its processes are designed to align with GDPR and BSI recommendations, and data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. The platform uses standards including SNOMED, DICOM and FHIR. Built on technology developed in Estonia, Decdoc is continually adapted to practical experience in German healthcare.
