DecisionDynamicsLLC

Decision Dynamics LLC provides assessment tools, coaching, training, and consulting to individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to improve how they understand and approach decision-making. Its StyleView assessment is designed to reveal underlying thinking and decision styles, including how people solve problems, work with others, and handle conflict. Drawing on more than half a century of worldwide research in organizational psychology, StyleView examines how decision-making can shift with a person’s self-awareness and comfort in different situations, rather than focusing only on fixed personality traits.

The company’s services support applications such as team-building, conflict resolution, succession planning, recruitment screening, executive leadership, and mergers and acquisitions. Clients can explore their assessment results through individual profile debriefs, coaching, and training. Decision Dynamics also offers training and certification for those who want to develop a deeper understanding of decision styles and apply that knowledge in their work. Its approach aims to help people recognize differences in working styles, understand the strengths and limitations of different approaches, and gain actionable insights for more effective collaboration.
