About DEČJE SRCE
"DEČJE SRCE" is a humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. With over 22 years of experience, they have been providing assistance to children, youth, and older individuals with mental disabilities and disabilities. Their services include working closely with families and implementing social welfare services, such as their most widespread service, the Personal Companion for Children, available in Belgrade and 10 other cities in Serbia.
The organization employs 24 individuals directly and an additional 1,211 individuals on a temporary or sporadic basis, all of whom are involved in direct or indirect work with individuals with disabilities. "DEČJE SRCE" also operates the Zvuci srca work center, providing employment opportunities for 11 young individuals with mental disabilities.
