In an exciting new venture, DECK is embarking on a groundbreaking project to construct Singapore's first permanent home for photography. This independent initiative, known as #BUILDECK, aims to create a dedicated arts center for photography, supported by the National Arts Council Singapore. DECK's mission is to bridge global conversations through photography, engage minds with new ideas, and cultivate photography as a contemporary form of expression.

They serve as a conduit between artists and the public, fostering knowledge sharing through workshops, public programs, and exhibitions. Established in 2014, DECK's space on Prinsep Street features a photobook library, gallery spaces, workshop studios, an artist studio, and an analogue darkroom. With curated exhibitions, education programs, and artist residencies, DECK continues to push the boundaries of photography, while championing diversity in contemporary arts in Singapore and Southeast Asia
