DECLIC Architectes

Declic Architecture is an architecture practice based in Toulouse, France. Established as an agency in 2014 by architects Fayrouz Amara and Nadir Kedjour, its partners have been practising independently since 2010 and are qualified DPLG architects with expertise in building environmental quality. The agency works across a broad range of public and private projects, supporting clients through the different phases of design and delivery.

Its portfolio and services span cultural and educational facilities, heritage renovation and restoration, individual and collective housing, healthcare buildings, offices, commercial spaces, and industrial and logistics environments. Declic also provides space planning, interior design, furniture design, and ergonomic planning. Its work aims to balance practical use with visual quality, while responding to each project’s setting and technical requirements.
