DeepSeaVegan

Deep Sea Vegan is a family- and Black-owned food brand based in Nashville, Tennessee. Operating as a mobile food truck and pop-up experience, it offers online ordering and shares upcoming pop-up dates and locations on its website and Instagram. The business plans to transition to a brick-and-mortar location, though no opening details are provided.

Founded by Kendall Duffie, a vegan chef and certified divemaster, Deep Sea Vegan creates plant-based versions of seafood favorites and other comfort foods. Its ocean, beach, and scuba-diving themes shape both the menu and the brand’s identity. The company aims to make vegan food delicious and satisfying while supporting animal welfare, sustainability, and ocean protection.

A signature offering is the Deep Sea Fish Sandwich, made with vegan fried fish, lettuce, pickles, candied jalapeños, tomatoes, Deep Sea Sauce, hot sauce, and a vegan bun. For dessert, Butterscotch Beach Bites combine oatmeal, African baobab, granola, and vegan butterscotch chips. The brand also invites customers to follow its social media for food photos, fun facts, and diving content.
