Deep South Dressage & Combined Training Association (DSDCTA) is an equestrian organization serving the Gulf Coast community since 1971. Founded to encourage participation, education, and sportsmanship, it became a Charter Group Member Organization of the United States Dressage Federation in 1974. For more than five decades, DSDCTA has helped riders learn, compete, and connect through events and educational programs.
The association supports dressage, combined training and horse trials, and western dressage. Its mission is to foster growth and understanding in these disciplines through leadership, education, exhibitions, publications, and competitions. Events welcome people of all ages and skill levels who share an interest in equestrian sport.
DSDCTA offers schooling shows where riders can build experience and confidence, as well as recognized competitions that provide opportunities to compete at higher levels and earn qualifying scores. Its clinics and educational programs feature trainers with a range of backgrounds and perspectives. The association also presents year-end awards to recognize members’ achievements and dedication.
