Deer Mountain Day Camp is a family-owned day camp that offers a transformative experience for children aged 3-15. Established in 1956 by the Katz family, our camp has been dedicated to helping each camper enhance their positive qualities and embrace their uniqueness. Located in Pomona, NY, our camp is easily accessible to families in NYC, Brooklyn, Bergen, Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties, as well as Hoboken and Jersey City. Our 25-acre mountainside setting, complete with a spring-fed lake, creates a serene and inspiring environment far removed from everyday life.
