Degrassi is an Istrian winery rooted in a family legacy passed from father Nino to son Moreno. Established in 1996, the winery builds on local tradition while combining it with innovation and careful attention to the natural environment. Its vineyards span 17 hectares across distinctive Istrian soils, including the mineral-rich white earth of the Bujština area and red soil near Umag.

Degrassi produces wines from 14 grape varieties and offers more than 40 labels, bringing together indigenous and international grapes. Its selection includes whites, reds, cuvées and sparkling wines, such as Malvazija Bomarchese, Terre Bianche Cuvée Blanche and Ferne Blanc de Blancs. The winery highlights terroir, quality and the diversity of Istrian wine in its range, which has earned more than 150 awards.
