Deine Hebamme Caro

Deine Hebamme Caro is the practice of Carolin Palms, a midwife and hypnotherapist supporting women, couples, and families through pregnancy, the transition to parenthood, and the postpartum period. With ten years of experience, Carolin combines professional knowledge with an empathetic, individual approach. Her work is grounded in respect: rather than directing families’ choices, she aims to accompany them on their own paths, take their concerns and body awareness seriously, and strengthen confidence in their bodies and the natural processes of pregnancy.

Services listed include antenatal care and check-ups, additional pregnancy support, postpartum care, and courses. The practice also offers therapeutic women’s massage, sound bowl sessions, and hypnotherapy related to pregnancy and the postpartum period. Carolin welcomes contact by email, phone, or message to discuss support. Based in Erkrath, Germany, the practice presents its care as personal and responsive to each family’s circumstances, from pregnancy through the early stages of family life.
