Deine Zwergenhöhle

Zwergenhöhle is Nina Kasper’s parent-and-child course and family-support practice in Sendenhorst, Germany. Led by Nina, an early childhood educator and course instructor, it offers a welcoming setting for parents and babies to learn, connect and spend focused time together. Its services include baby-parent and parent-child courses, baby massage, breastfeeding and complementary-feeding advice, sleep guidance, and support with infant and toddler development and early parenting questions.

The courses provide age-appropriate sensory and movement activities, helping babies gain new experiences and make early social connections while parents accompany them attentively. They also give families opportunities to meet and exchange experiences with other parents, with friendships sometimes continuing beyond a child’s first year. Nina draws on further training in breastfeeding and complementary-feeding support, along with regular professional development on children’s sleep and development, to guide families through their children’s first two years. Zwergenhöhle serves families from Sendenhorst and communities across the Warendorf district and nearby Münster.
