About – Dein Zentrum
Dein Zentrum is a yoga and movement studio in Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee, in Austria’s Salzkammergut region. Founded in 2021 by Griet Vanden Houden, it specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, birth preparation and postnatal recovery. The studio offers pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, mother-and-baby yoga, and classes for mothers, alongside Hatha yoga, morning yoga by the lake and Pilates for all.
Sessions are available in group and individual formats, with an online studio offering flexible practice from home. The classes are designed to help participants build strength and flexibility, find relaxation and develop confidence in their bodies, with attention to individual needs and experience levels. Griet’s approach is informed by her own experience of motherhood, and the studio welcomes beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Located on Untere Marktstraße, the space includes parking, a lift and room for strollers. New visitors can arrange a complimentary trial session and get acquainted with the studio and its courses
