Guro Ken DeJesus

Philippine Martial Art Society DeJesus Arnis USA is a martial arts organization focused on teaching Arnis, a Filipino martial art shaped by influences from multiple systems and cultures. Its training emphasizes both the use of weapons and practical defense against them, reflecting Arnis’s attention to threats such as knives and machetes. Instruction spans beginner through advanced levels, with material designed to support students progressing from white belt to black belt.

The society offers training in blade and cane techniques, empty-hand defense, and lock control, alongside other martial arts skills. It has also hosted intensive seminars open to participants with no prior experience, with opportunities for interested students to test their skills. Belt advancement recognizes mental and physical requirements as well as demonstrated proficiency, knowledge, and skill. Through its classes, seminars, and rank assessments, DeJesus Arnis USA provides a structured path for students to develop their abilities in Filipino martial arts and learn techniques for both armed and unarmed situations.
