DELIVER is a brand that aims to improve the quality and safety of oral care for everyone. They have developed a blueprint model called the DELIVER Quality Improvement Model, which provides a framework for enhancing oral care. In line with the World Health Organization's resolution on oral health, DELIVER recognizes the lack of access to quality oral care in many EU countries and aims to address this issue. They focus on fostering deliberative dialogues among stakeholders from various sectors to drive meaningful improvements in oral healthcare delivery.

DELIVER takes a comprehensive approach to their work by involving citizens, patients, providers, and policymakers. They employ a mixed-methods research design and work in three phases to develop robust quality improvement approaches. This includes co-developing indicators for quality improvement, conducting in-depth analyses of select approaches, and synthesizing knowledge gained from the previous phases into their DELIVER Quality Toolkit.

By leveraging cutting-edge improvement science, stakeholder involvement, and innovative information systems, DELIVER contributes to the United Nations and World Health Organization's Sustainable Development Goals and Universal Health Coverage goals. Their ultimate goal is to ensure access to quality oral care for everyone, generating significant impact for individuals and society.
