Delotor is a Russian-language online forum and marketplace that brings together members, sellers, and service providers across a wide range of discussion and trading sections. The site features community forums, news and announcements, practical articles, a black list, arbitration, and a guarantee service intended to help protect users’ funds and rights in online transactions. It also offers advertising placements and a Telegram channel, and directs visitors to an onion-domain version of the site.

Its marketplace listings cover digital accounts and software, currency exchange, cryptocurrency-related services, financial transfers, business services, and promotional campaigns. Other sections advertise identity documents, payment cards and e-wallets, loans, and cash-out services. The forum includes seller-status information, transaction rules, dispute procedures, and processes for submitting complaints and applications. Users can search discussions, browse recent activity, and review feedback and pinned listings. Delotor presents itself as a broad trading community with tools for member interaction and transaction support; its listings are supplied by forum users rather than described as a single catalogue of products provided directly by the brand.
